Organic Castor Seed Oil - very moisturizing, eases dandruff, strengthens the hair, and has anti-fungal, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial properties. Due to Castor oil’s potent anti-microbial nature, it can promote a scalp detox. Castor oil also greatly assists in thickening your hair strands and is an excellent scalp treatment.

Organic Hemp Seed Oil – rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Hemp seed oil promotes stronger, thicker hair growth, and a healthier scalp.

Organic Jojoba Seed Oil – easily absorbs into the skin due to it closely mimicking the sebum we naturally produce. Jojoba oil is very moisturizing, softening, assists with soothing a dry scalp, and can help combat dandruff.

Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil – reputed to assist with pattern baldness, DHT blocker, moisturizing, strengthens the hair, promotes hair growth, decreases hair fall, and helps increase hair thickness.

Peppermint & Wild Mint Leaf Oil – increases circulation in the scalp and helps to stimulate hair growth.

Rosemary Leaf Oil – increases circulation in the scalp, stimulates hair growth, helps combat dandruff, helps soothe an itchy scalp, antifungal and is antimicrobial.

Organic Eucalyptus Leaf Oil – soothes and relieves an itchy scalp. Antifungal and antiseptic which aids in combatting dandruff. Increases circulation and helps stimulate hair growth.

Vitamin E Oil – fat-soluble potent antioxidant that can neutralize free radicals, and help to prevent and reverse hair follicle damage. It can support your hair and scalp health by rejuvenating and conditioning the scalp. Vitamin E reduces itchiness and dandruff.

Order Processing Time

Please note all products are made in Canada. After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please ensure to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If your shipping address is located in a building, you must provide your unit/apartment number in order to ensure successful delivery. Please notify us via email (orders@nfinitecoils.com) ASAP if you need to correct/amend your shipping address. Once your order has shipped, modifications to your address or order cannot be made. If your order is unable to be delivered successfully due to the provided address being incorrect, invalid, or incomplete (e.g., missing a unit/apartment/PO Box number), the cost of your order will be refunded upon our receipt of your package, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available Canada-wide via Canada Post, Chit Chats, FleetOptics, ICS Express, and UniUni. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Chit Chats Collect

This shipping option allows you to pickup your package from a Chit Chats branch nearest to you. You'll be presented with a few pickup location options that are based on the mailing address you enter. If your address is not eligible for the Chit Chats Collect option, it will not be displayed at checkout. Eligibility is solely based on your proximity to Chit Chats branches and/or lockers.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping - shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nfinite Coils is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, Order Modifications and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, all sales are final and cannot be returned.

In the event that your order was damaged while in transit, please email us ASAP at orders@nfinitecoils.com with your order number and 3 photos of the item’s condition. In order for us to rectify the issue, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, this must be done prior to your order being processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, modifications and/or cancellations cannot be processed.
