Shea Butter - this is the base of our butters and an ingredient we truly love! Shea butter is rich in a plethora of vitamins and fatty acids. It’s deeply moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, it can help with eczema, it’s non-comedogenic, and softens the skin!

Tucuma Seed Butter - this fatty acid-rich butter is high in vitamin A and has excellent moisturizing and skin softening properties. Tucuma butter helps with leaving your skin deliciously soft!

Unrefined Kokum Butter - kokum is a deeply moisturizing and skin softening butter with anti-aging properties. Kokum can also help soothe inflamed skin.

Organic Jojoba Seed Oil - jojoba easily absorbs into the skin due to it closely mimicking the sebum we naturally produce. It’s very moisturizing and helps soften your skin.

Camellia Seed Oil - this is a deeply moisturizing, light, fast-absorbing, non-comedogenic oil that’s high in antioxidants.
 
Cetyl Alcohol - this is an emollient fatty alcohol, not the drying type of alcohol. Cetyl alcohol is beneficial for your skin and hair! It moisturizes and softens the skin.

Stearic Acid - this is a fatty acid that’s naturally present in a variety of butters, such as shea and cocoa butter. It helps soften the skin and helps form a protective barrier on the skin that prevents moisture loss.

Squalane - this powerhouse ingredient is deeply moisturizing, non-comedogenic, helps support your skin barrier, boosts your skin’s water retention, and is reputed to enhance elasticity and reduce the look of wrinkles. Its benefits also extend to your hair!

Cocoa Butter - this butter is rich in a variety of fatty acids that help to moisturize your skin and lock in hydration.

Arrowroot Root Powder - this ingredient helps reduce the greasiness of our body butters.

Vitamin E - this is a potent antioxidant and emollient that helps to keep the ingredients in our butters fresh, and also greatly benefits your skin! Vitamin E helps to soften, moisturize, and nourish your skin.

Marshmallow Root - this is a flowering plant that can help moisturize, soothe, soften, and calm irritated skin.

Rosehips - these are the seed containing bulbs that wild roses produce after flowering. Rosehips are very high in vitamin C, A, and E, and rich in antioxidants! It’s an incredible herb that can help brighten the skin, even the skin tone, and provide anti-aging benefits.

Order Processing Time

Please note all products are made in Canada. After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that once we have shipped your package, we do not have control over the transit of your package (delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, etc.). Once your package is in the possession of the shipping courier, they are 100% responsible for its safe delivery to you. If there are any issues encountered with the delivery of your package, we suggest that you contact the courier directly regarding the status of your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If your shipping address is located in a building, you must provide your unit/apartment number in order to ensure successful delivery. Please notify us via email (orders@nfinitecoils.com) ASAP if you need to correct/amend your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, modifications to your address or order cannot be made. If your order is unable to be delivered successfully due to the provided address being incorrect, invalid, or incomplete (e.g. missing a unit/apartment/PO Box number, not designated to receive mail on your behalf, etc.), the cost of your order will be refunded upon our receipt of your undelivered package, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available Canada-wide via Canada Post, Chit Chats, FleetOptics, ICS Express, Intelcom, and Whiz Delivery. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Chit Chats Collect

This shipping option allows you to pickup your package from a Chit Chats branch nearest to you. You'll be presented with a few pickup location options that are based on the mailing address you enter. If your address is not eligible for the Chit Chats Collect option, it will not be displayed at checkout. Eligibility is solely based on your proximity to Chit Chats branches and/or lockers.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily pause shipping outside of Canada due to tariffs and the removal of the De Minimis exemption on August 29, 2025. If you have a Canadian mailbox/address that forwards your parcels to you in the US, we can ship to the Canadian address/mailbox. Once we're able to resume shipping outside of Canada without our customers being significantly charged, we will do so ASAP. Until then, we truly appreciate all of our Nfinite Coils fam outside of Canada who have supported us. We hope to serve you all again very soon! ♥ 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, Order Modifications and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, all sales are final and cannot be returned.

In the event that your order was damaged while in transit, please email us ASAP at orders@nfinitecoils.com with your order number and 3 photos of the item’s condition. In order for us to rectify the issue, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, this must be done prior to your order being processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, modifications and/or cancellations cannot be processed.
