Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, Order Modifications and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, all sales are final and cannot be returned.

In the event that your order was damaged while in transit, please email us ASAP at info@nfinitecoils.com with your order number and 3 photos of the item’s condition. In order for us to rectify the issue, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order.

In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, this must be done prior to your order being processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, modifications and/or cancellations cannot be processed.
