Orders, Shipping, & Return Policy
Order Processing Time
Please note all products are made in Canada. After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that once we have shipped your package, we do not have control over the transit of your package (delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, etc.). Once your package is in the possession of the shipping courier, they are 100% responsible for its safe delivery to you. If there are any issues encountered with the delivery of your package, we suggest that you contact the courier directly regarding the status of your package.
Shipping Address
Please ensure to enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If your shipping address is located in a building, you must provide your unit/apartment number in order to ensure successful delivery. Please notify us via email (orders@nfinitecoils.com) ASAP if you need to correct/amend your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, modifications to your address or order cannot be made. If your order is unable to be delivered successfully due to the provided address being incorrect, invalid, or incomplete (e.g. missing a unit/apartment/PO Box number, not designated to receive mail on your behalf, etc.), the cost of your order will be refunded upon our receipt of your undelivered package, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping is available Canada-wide via Canada Post, Chit Chats, FleetOptics, ICS Express, Intelcom, and Whiz Delivery. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Chit Chats Collect
This shipping option allows you to pickup your package from a Chit Chats branch nearest to you. You'll be presented with a few pickup location options that are based on the mailing address you enter. If your address is not eligible for the Chit Chats Collect option, it will not be displayed at checkout. Eligibility is solely based on your proximity to Chit Chats branches and/or lockers.

FleetOptics
- Tracking is included via FleetOptics
- Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to appear via FleetOptics' tracking page
ICS Express
- Delivery in 2 to 3 business days
Intelcom
- Delivery in 2 to 8 business days
- Delivers 7 days a week
- Cannot deliver to PO boxes

Whiz Delivery Standard
- Delivery in 2 to 3 business days
- Available for the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Vancouver Area

International Shipping
Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily pause shipping outside of Canada due to tariffs and the removal of the De Minimis exemption on August 29, 2025. If you have a Canadian mailbox/address that forwards your parcels to you in the US, we can ship to the Canadian address/mailbox. Once we're able to resume shipping outside of Canada without our customers being significantly charged, we will do so ASAP. Until then, we truly appreciate all of our Nfinite Coils fam outside of Canada who have supported us. We hope to serve you all again very soon! ♥
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, Order Modifications and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
In the event that your order was damaged while in transit, please email us ASAP at orders@nfinitecoils.com with your order number and 3 photos of the item’s condition. In order for us to rectify the issue, we must be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, this must be done prior to your order being processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, modifications and/or cancellations cannot be processed.
